Shipping Policy

Every CarbonWish® part is inspected and packaged with care before it leaves our facility. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days of purchase. This window allows us to quality-check and properly package each part to arrive in perfect condition.

Made-to-order and custom items, including custom steering wheels, may require additional lead time. Any extended processing time is noted on the individual product page.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within 10–15 business days of the order date.

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can occasionally affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at carbonwishes@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at carbonwishes@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Orders
